Según ha informado en un comunicado, la company Arval, a través de su filial holandesa Arval BV, ha acquisido Terberg Business Lease Group a sus accionistas Royal Terberg Group and AutoBinck Group. With this acquisition, the firm of mobility services of the group BNP Paribas will diversify its offer of products business to business (B2B) hacia el business to consumer (B2C).
With more than 100,000 vehicle contracts, Arval hopes to become one of the major rental and mobility companies in the Dutch market.. Terberg had a fleet of 38,170 rented vehicles at the end of December 2021.
The acquisition, which is still subject to approval by the European Commission, se espera que se complete en los próximos meses.
