Tesla is offering its US owners free charging for five days around Thanksgiving.
The annual holiday, which falls on the fourth Thursday of November, is all about giving thanks – and Tesla is doing exactly that.
Elon Musk’s Austin-based electric car manufacturer is completely sustainable, but those charging costs can certainly rack up.

Tesla offering free supercharging this Thanksgiving
“Avoid the rush this Thanksgiving holiday and charge for free during off-peak hours at Superchargers along select travel routes in the United States,” Tesla said.
The promotion runs from Wednesday, November 23 to Sunday, November 27 and allows customers to supercharge their car completely free.
Prices vary by state and season, but it usually costs around $25 to charge your Tesla battery from 0% to 100% and it takes approximately 15 minutes.
This holiday period, Tesla has taken that pesky charging cost away, but sadly not everyone can get free supercharging.
How to get free Tesla supercharging
Just head to a Tesla supercharger between 8pm and 9am from November 23 to November 27 to charge your car for free.
However, the complimentary Thanksgiving supercharging is only available in four states:
Not all Tesla superchargers are in the promotion either. Find the full list of routes where you can charge your car for free below.
